Orchha, situated in the Niwari district of Madhya Pradesh along the Betwa River, is a historical town from the 16th century founded by Bundela Rajput chief Rudra Pratap Singh. Often referred to as a "hidden gem" of the Bundelkhand region, it is famous for its breathtaking Indo-Muslim architecture, which features remarkable structures like the towering Chaturbhuj Temple, Jahangir Mahal, and the prominent Ram Raja Temple, where Lord Ram is revered as a king.

The Khajuraho Group of Monuments, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Madhya Pradesh, India, is a temple complex dating back to the 10th and 11th centuries that was constructed by the Chandela dynasty. Renowned for its Nagara-style architecture, it showcases elaborate, artistic carvings that portray everyday life and sensual themes, with only about 20-25 of the original 85 temples remaining intact today.

Bhopal, the capital city of Madhya Pradesh, India, is often called the "City of Lakes" due to its many natural and man-made lakes, including the Upper Lake (Bada Talab).
